Hello Fellow Crafters!
Welcome to the September 2022 Anything But A Card Fall Blog Hop! This blog was inspired by Kevin Estey at Stamping Just For Fund and his No Glue - No Cut - Note Card Wallet Tutorial.
This card features Stampin' Up!® Rustic Harvest 12 x 12 Designer Series Paper (DSP) and a Fall Bouquet from the Forever Flourishing Dies and the Bough punch.
We are always making cards and I find, especially at this time of the year, it is especially nice to make a gift of an assortment of frequently needed cards - Thank You! Happy Birthday! Thinking of You! and as we approach the holiday season "Merry Christmas!" or "Happy Holidays!" But how do you package these cards... A Card Wallet for smaller note cards! My version of this card wallet has glue and you need to cut but no less useful!
Below are the measurements for making this card wallet. It is really simple and very useful to share your beautiful card projects with others.
- Basic Black (base): 6" x 11", score at 1 1/4", 5 1/4", 5 3/4" and 9 3/4”
- Crushed Curry card stock (cut 2) 3 7/8" x 5 5/8"
- Rustic Harvest 12" x 12" DSP : 3 3/4" x 5 1/2", cut 2
- Rustic Harvest DSP 1" x 5 3//4" (2)
I used the Stylish Shaped Dies stamped with the "thanks" stamp from Artistically Inked stamp set in Merry Merlot. The label was lightly stamped with a leaf stamp from Forever Ferns in Crushed Curry and Mossy Meadow.
My Fall bouquet was gathered from the leaves cut from the Forever Flourishing Dies and the Bough punch in the beautiful Fall cardstock colours of Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry, Merry Merlot, Shimmery Gold, Gold Foil and Mossy Meadow - tied together with the beige Baker's Twine!
