My blog feature this month was inspired by a nest a pair of robins built right in the vine on my window sill. I had a front row view to the four eggs they laid and hatched. What an amazing opportunity to observe nature.

Now, back to this blog...the Sweet Songbirds bundle is sooo cute! Also remember the Merry Melody 3D embossing folder from the 2021 holiday catalog! I thought it was a perfect complement for this bundle.

For this card I also brought in four of the five 2022 - 2024 In Colours. Below are the measurements to make this card.

Parakeet Party - 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored at 4 1/4" for the card base
Basic White - 4" x 5 1/4" Embossed using the 3D Merry melody Embossing folder
Basic White - 4" x 5 1/4" for inside
Parakeet Party - cut circle using the largest scalloped circle die
Basic While - cut circle using largest circle dies - Stamp tree limb with Early Espresso, leaves with Parakeet Party, flowers using Sweet Sorbet and music notes with Memento
Basic White - 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" to stamp the bird (using Tahitian Tide), nest (using Soft Suede - stamped off) and flower (using Sweet Sorbet)
Basic White - 5/8" x 1 3/8" - for sentiment
Early Espresso - 3/4" x 1 1/2"
